How can I encode a YUV file in linux as an H.263+ stream using ffmpeg? - ffmpeg encode
I use this in the command line:
ffmpeg-yuv4mpegpipe IFS angled_1_176x144.yuv QCIF test.m4v
But the error:
angled_1_176x144.yuv: Failed to open file
