Slimfast is not necessary, but if it helps to use. You should not stop eating. Eating about 1400 calories a day and exercise. Eat healthy. Try using only water to drink. Good luck. You should lose 1-2 pounds per week.

If you need exercise, heart, and high fiber diet, low fat! I bought Slim Fast before, and who knows what horror! Google for simple recipes.
