I have outstanding unpaid payday loans. What can i do? - pdl assistance
I have some payday loans and can not pay now. They continue to call me and told me that I must pay, I no money. They say they will garnish my wages, I live in Texas. I spoke with the help of PDL help in repaying loans ..... If so, how should I go? I am confused and worried. My credit is a mess, as it is.

You get a second job.
Payday is the application or operation of the loan and asks if he) will reduce a form of repayment of the loans (and consolidate, or perhaps an interest rate lower because it is dangerously close to just not pay because there was a slight priority, but I want to pay. Get yourself a new written agreement. Read the new agreement and I understand.
You know that you are responsible for your own good decisions? Good and bad. Try to negotiate in good faith. We are busy working and such payments. But avoid the basic housing (tenant) number, discovered electricity and the amount of food, until he reached his act together. That means getting rid of, all the extras such as cable, Internet, entertainment with money.
Next - vote no more payday loans. There is life beyond their means, whereby a small economy, because when bad things will happen, not in this situation again.
Made them a thousand times better with the debt burden from the shoulders, and serve as a reality, correspond to aDult.
In Texas law, they can garnish your wages, and lien on the property. Everything to sue them to get a decision against him. To receive if he wins, the court can freeze your bank account so that the judge must go through the court system goes to all your money in your bank and pay your lender if they are in your bank account.
I understand that you have no money, but maybe you should ask your 401K, if you are one, so you can create what you want to pay his salary. This is the only way that works. It's better than nothing. Hope this helps. Good luck!
